We are so happy with the service here. They helped us through the insurance process to get our windshield replaced step by step. They offer nice coffee while waiting. I can't remember the last time I had such kind and personable service. It was even so icy out that he helped me out to my car.

Above & beyond doesn't even scratch the surface of the level of service that John provides. Not only did he get my windshield replaced, but he got my rear windows tinted, installed some aged exterior moldings & serviced my sunroof drainage channels while he was at it! On top of it all, he personally picked up my vehicle & dropped it off when it was done. All within half a day when he wasn't even supposed to be open in order to work with my schedule. Got my car back washed, vacuumed & smelling fantastic!

I can't say enough good things about PJ (John)!
He took care of every detail including phoning ICBC to start my claim to have my windshield replaced.
He is so kind and personable and did an amazing job....because he cares about his customers and because he takes great pride in his work!!
Just a few weeks before, John also took care of replacing my boyfriend's windshield (same issue I had with spray/leak from our parkade).
If you have to go anywhere...go here!!!
